Refrigeration Process

The hot water in the bathtub enters the heat exchanger; the refrigerant is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas by the compressor, enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the air, and after releasing heat, it becomes a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid, and the hot air is discharged; then the refrigerant is reduced in pressure and temperature by the expansion valve to become a low-temperature, low-pressure gas-liquid mixture, enters the heat exchanger to absorb the heat of the hot water in the bathtub (the cooled cold water returns to the bathtub), evaporates itself into a low-temperature, low-pressure steam, and is then sucked into the compressor to enter the next cycle.

Installation Steps
1. Fill the ice bucket with water.
2. Connect the ice bath to a power source.
3. Connect the water lines between the ice bath and the ice bucket.
① Install the condensate drain line.
② Install the outlet filter.
③ Install the ice bath’s inlet and outlet pipes.
④ Install the ice bath’s inlet and outlet pipes. Connect the downpipe to the downpipe and the uppipe to the uppipe. Ensure the water lines are properly connected to ensure smooth water flow.
4. After connecting the water lines between the ice bath and the ice bucket, allow the ice bath to sit for approximately 15 minutes to allow the liquid in the ice bucket to flow completely into the ice bath’s circulation pump.
5. Set the desired functions (such as ice bath temperature, ozone, UV, etc.) on the device display or your phone’s system interface. Once configured, enjoy your ice bath. It takes approximately 5 hours to cool 300 liters of water from room temperature (25°C) to 3°C.

FAQ
This is harmless and a normal ozone effect. After sterilization, ozone decomposes into a small amount of oxygen. This process may produce trace amounts of oxidation products, which can impart a slight fishy odor. However, the concentration is far below safety standards (in compliance with the National Drinking Water Hygiene Standards) and will not irritate or cause discomfort. To eliminate this odor, turn off the ozone function 10 minutes before each use to allow any remaining odor to dissipate.
This is usually a normal phenomenon and not a malfunction of the water quality or the device. White flocs may be scale formed by minerals (such as calcium and magnesium ions) in the water when exposed to low temperatures, or trace amounts of cotton fibers left behind by the filter. Completely draining the water tank after each use, regularly replacing the external filter, and using UV/ozone sterilization can reduce the occurrence of flocs.
Three steps are required for storage: ① Drain all water from the water tank and rinse it 1-2 times with clean water to prevent residual scale from clogging the pipes; ② Turn off the power, unplug the device, clean the external filter (you can replace it with a new one), and wipe off any moisture on the surface of the device; ③ Place the device in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
