Note:The ink cartridges are available in coffee, red, matcha, and black. You can choose any one of them and contact customer service to note the color when placing an order.
How to use？
1. Scan the QR Code in Manual or search “EVEBOT SNAP ” on App Store/ Google Play and download.
2. Remove the ink cartridge and tear off the sealing tape on the printhead.
3. Install the ink cartridge.
4. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer.
5. Open the app and tap “Not Connected” in the upper right corner.
6. Tap Add Bluetooth Signal to automatically connect.
7. After selecting your material, tap “Upload and Print” below to upload the material to 100%.
8. Swipe the printer right to print (you can still print after successfully transferring the image and disconnecting).
9. If you need to pause during printing, press the round button. You can change the material while it is paused.
Ink Cartridge Installation Steps
1. Remove the ink cartridge, lower the nozzle, and insert it into the pen.
2. Press the top of the cartridge with your finger and insert it.
3. You will hear a “click” sound, indicating the cartridge is installed.
How to use an auxiliary ruler?
Tips: When printing, hold the auxiliary ruler 0.5 cm above the surface to avoid damaging the printed pattern by sticking it directly on the food surface. (When printing coffee liquid, you can slide it directly on the cup rim.)

Ink Cartridge Maintenance
The ink cartridge nozzle is very delicate and exposed to the outside. After use, ink may remain on the nozzle, which can easily attract dust over time. We recommend pressing and wiping the nozzle with a tissue before use. Replace the lid after each use. If not in use for an extended period (e.g., a week), it is recommended to remove the ink cartridge. The snap-on seal ensures a strong seal for easy storage.

Solids: Biscuits, bread and cakes, chocolate chips, rice balls, poached eggs, and other flat, light-colored surfaces that don’t come into direct contact with water can be printed on.
Liquids: Coffee with foam, beer with bubbles, yogurt, milk cap, cream, sesame paste, and other thick surfaces can be printed on directly.
Catering: Plates, napkins, and tissues can be printed with acrostic poems, logos, and greetings, all of which can be washed off with water.
The ink is edible and contains food coloring. Using a test area measuring 1.02 inches in height by 1.97 inches in length, one ink cartridge can print approximately 6,000 to 7,000 times. The specific lifespan depends on the size of the image and the frequency of printing.

The app lets you freely enter text and upload logos from your phone’s photo album. (A white background is best, and the thicker the lines, the better.) The app currently comes with a variety of fonts and logos to choose from, and the system will continue to update the materials in the future.
